Bonterra could free cash flow over $1 share fully diluted for the 2nd half alone if we are to believe their guidance at $70 oil. If that happens, and the stock still doesn't move, I will take out a loan to buy more shares.

Could be wrong and I am just speculating but I am starting to think the bank covenants (market knows about them) are the holdback here that's why I mentioned maybe once the May 31 review is complete they can at least lay out a timeline for shareholders to hold on to.  By May 31 they've likely paid down another $20MM+ of debt.

If you borrow to buy, the interest is tax deductible.
