RE:it said in M&A file negative gross margin were caused by Because they are referring specifically to the legacy contracts which is why they showed what it would have been without them and they are better. Get rid of the legacy and reduce sg&a by getting rid of redundant positions and increase revenue a lot and improve the margins and the picture looks a little brighter. They say they have created a center of excellence or whatever so let's see how excellent it is or if it's just a fancy way of saying we suck.
