PLAN Should be in the dollar ranges

The reason being that food is exploding in price. Fertilizers are also having huge problems from Russian sanctions and a massive train derailment in Alberta. There's no way we are NOT in the dollar ranges. This should be $5+ for what is going on with the world and in our own country. I'm just not understanding.....
