Its Cordero Ranch property is located in Cedar City, Utah.

I'm guessing C$1.00 per unit. imo
Oh and dont forget that there are still half a million warrants at C$.55 per unit expiring 4/2024. Best case scenario, this turd will trade sideways for the next two years. But it will probably go back to pre-pandemic value.
