Thanks for this. Great news, and the calibre of the legal team is exceptional. 

Curaleaf and Terascend are apart of the lawsuit. More to be named im sure.

Hopefully it doesn't take forever. With all the advocates pushing for SAFE, I don't think Schumer can deny this anymore. He has to act because this just highlights the ineptitude of the Senate all pushing their own agendas.

Also speaks to interstate commerce and 280e, so even if Safe gets passed, this will resolved those issues left out of Safe banking.
