Testing means producing too. Product, that even if is not the expected quality because they are still testing, that powder can be already better quality than the one produced currently by the rest of companies. "Honey, get this sample, compare it with the thick powder you are using right now and dream about what i will supply you in a couple of years". And I guess the production of the pilot plant could be sold, too.
