The index is a measure of small-cap company U.S. stock market performance. It is a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index of 600 U.S. operating companies selected through a process that factors in criteria such as liquidity, price, market capitalization, financial viability and public float. The fund is non-diversified.

Sorry to actual investorsI was so disgusted by the hateful propaganda I felt compelled to respond. I've reported the abuse to stockhouse as best I can, I put him on ignore , and forwarded a few messages to the rcmp to investigate. If anyone has any other ideas to help squash this evil, I'd be happy to help. Pm me so we don't clog this board.
