In my opinion, I think it happened but Bert just dodged a bullet because he was technically not over the line somehow.

Regardless, that's Abattis, what about Cryptobloc Technologies Corp. (CSE: CRYP) or BLOK Technologies Inc. (CSE: BLK)? How about his involvement with Affinor? Please, pick ANY COMPANY he's been involved with where THE COMPANY has had success WITH HIM still with the company.
