Peru halts mining = opportunity for $CPER.v Tensions surrounding the copper mining industry in Peru present a unique opportunity for up-and-coming companies in the industry. Peru is currently the second-largest copper producer in the world, and two of the country’s key copper mines have recently halted operations due to protests and disputes
CopperCorp Resources (TSXV: CPER) is one company I'm currently keeping an eye on. The company recently intersected multiple broad copper deposits in the first 4 drill holes at its AMC project, including 43 m of 0.62% Cu. The results aren’t the highest, however, they were very consistent over all holes drilled.
$USCU.v is currently priced at $.06 following a month of highly volatile trading and is presently valued at CAD $24.5 million.
