RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Potential. All you do is post FUD and misleading comments and hate when someone talks well of your investment?
$10,000/ton at 2500 tons/year = $25M usd/year for EACH reactor with costs expected at <$1400/mt which is less than 15% costs to make. As stated by the CEO this would be scalable.
It is NOT about revenue but the upside growth on forward looking is what a major will look at this disruptive technology. Even only 40 reactors...that is $1Billion usd sales. This is just QRR we are mentioning here. NSiR for silicon nano and Fumed Silica are just as potential huge.
I am long unlike you the basher that you are.
pennymaker69 wrote: lets go with your math. an 8 billion $ take over with 348 mil shares outstanding would give you a 23$ take over price (well rounding up 22.98.)
I don't see a 8 billion take over for 0 revune for something that makes 6.5 million to 25 million a year depending on silcon prices.
I think long term and way more factory's and way more production maybe they get there. They are not even close to that.
My posts are not negitive.. they are REALISTIC.
I am not a pumper like you are.
Purpledriller wrote: Shows how the fool you really are. Peter is on record stating that the economic opportunity for Purevap QRR and NSiR is nothing short of intoxicating as I saw developbc post over and over so it is imbedded into my head, so why on earth would speak like that if his intention was to takeover. He would want as Bernard has stated numerous times let the big boys line up and offer something obscene.
Since you have no idea about how the corporate world really works. When there is a tender offer(s) in the plural as there will be numerous entities interested when QRR is validated on purity and commercialization for argument sake lets say $8 Billion usd the # of shares outstanding is completely irrelevant regardless of it be of the company whole or in part. My bet it will be bid(s) for QRR along w NSiR reactors or hybrid of licence/tolling w a major funding the project.
Pennyfaker posts are negative in nature and nonsensical.
pennymaker69 wrote: If you don't think the # of outstanding shares matter then your really a fool.
Also I am a long. Been a long for quite some time.
As for Pyr take over... They keep buying shares... so yes they are.
Purpledriller wrote: Don't quite your day job whatever that is. Number of shares outstanding is irrelevant. With this disruptive type of technology that will the cat's meow for countless huge corporations it i what they will pay. We ran over $1.65 sp last year way before this far advancement. PYR is NOT going to take over as many others posted. You are either short or a paid basher.
All you do is soft bash HPQ just like your son Zaphod aka Captain111 akaTraderJenny aka Stocknews101 w toxic bash. pennymaker69 wrote: This depends on the price they get for the silcon. So with the last news they finally had #'s to crunch. So with this plant they make at full production 6.5 mil or 25 mil. Now this is not counting for the cost of the base silcon or labour.
take that they have 346 mil shares out. We looking at a PE that ranges from 53 to 13ish.
Most tech company's have a PE around 18 for fair value. So Maybe we hit 1$ but I am thinking $1.50 when PYR takes it over.
Now there is a chance fummed silcia gets going if so... Then that's more production and we can have a much higher price. maybe $3 if everything is perfect.
The problem is the 346 million shares outstanding makes this really way too many for this to pop up.

what kinda price per share action do you think could be possible?
