Setti has not made any public appearances and he has not performed any official duties for some time.   I disagree that "Nothing has changed from that standpoint" because a lot has changed and Management has not been transparent about when he just might return.  No disrespect to Joe but he just can't replace Setti. 

This situation is another Red Flag Warning Sign I have added to my already long list of reasons why I haven't started to rebuy the thousands of shares I sold after the start of the big decline that has been going on since August.
