50 Energy Companies of EFHNafta RV" LLC is a subsidiary company of NAFTA International B.V. (The Netherlands) and NAFTA a.s. (Slovakia), which is part of a vertically integrated group of Energetic Industrial Holding companies (Energetick a Prmyslov Holding - hereinafter referred to as EPH). EPH is the leading Central European energy group and includes more than 50 companies in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany and Poland.
NAFTA acquired the Uzgorod concession from Kub in Dec 2021, which it added to its 5 existing concessions in Ukraine.
Its my opinion that one of these 50 companies will acquired Kub's gas assets, should the decision to sell be the case.
If not, we should soon see the AGM meeting notice which would imply that they have found other opportunities for its cash hoard
