1. I came onto this board late last year after seeing WELL stock drop, trying to figure out whether there was enough value to justify an investment.  I had met a couple of the management team about fifteen years ago and thought they were good guys.
2. My motivations have been perfectly clear, trying to get information to make an investment decision.  If you think my posts bias negative, there is a simple reason for that:  management teams trumpet good news and downplay or hide bad news.  Because of that, you never have to look too hard for good news, but need to really dig for bad news.  My posts are meant for digging so others (like Monty) can challenge them on their merits.
3. On a similar note, my spidey senses tingle when I hear management team issue fluffy promotional PRs, which seems to happen a lot here.
4. I came to the conclusion after year end that WELL was fully valued and the upside didn't justify the downside.  So far, I have been right. 
5. I don't come on here much, other than when there is a substantive PR, or for entertainment value.
6. You are my favourite long because you are so easy to trigger.  Two sentences from me or LarryBird send you into orbit!  That is the definition of entertainment value.
7. On another note, there is nothing unethical about shorting a stock, any more than there is anything unethical about buying a stock on margin.  Personally, I am a long only investor who has made a killing on Apple, Microsoft, Constellation, Enghouse over the last couple of decades (so I have seen the acquisition strategy play out).  I haven't played the penny game in the past.  This is no longer a penny stock, but they sure act like it sometimes.
8. For the record, the ethics of someone who is long and is a pumper, are equivalent to someone who is short and is a basher; they are mirror images of each other.  I am neither, but I want to point out your hypocrisy.
9. Finally, for God's sake man, GET A LIFE!  If someone says something you don't like, just ignore them.  For example, I don't really care what you say, but I am starting to feel sorry for you on a human level.  Jordan Peterson says stupid stuff and complains when he called out on it, then he complains about snowflakes.  Don't be that guy.
