Sale/Takeover

Two things.
1.Matters not so much at this point on who the CEO is or could be.EGT will assume new ownership basis in the next quarter.
2.Needs to be aligned with capacity to entertain the entire market and not a brand relation so not Duracell.
Does Itochu want to own EGT,24M,Freyr not likely.
We need some deep pockets to propel this forward.
So who is it ?
