Anyone have any insight?
According to BB himself, no land issues at all exist as the entire property is on privately owned and Arizona state property with the state already given all necessary clearances. So no, not a problem. Remember, the EPA is on record stating the public comment period will commence at some point in Q2, that being by the end of June and that the delay is due to staffing shortages. EPA words, not management. The time for the gloomers to have their fun is nearing the end.
This is not correct. Archaelogical sites are issues, whether or not they are on private land. The report I posted makes this abundantly clear. I am long on TGB, but you have to be honest about the obstacles ahead. It looks like they have resolved it, but the fact that it is on private land makes no difference.
