1. I think it is Tomei and her partner(s). If you look at the patents, she is listed, not the university.

2. Exclusive would normally mean exclusive. Never know for sure but I'd guess it is exclusive.

3. I do believe they are still working on it, she is presenting at the ADA as well separate from Sernova. You can also search for medical journals and papers and you can find some that are pretty recent which would indicate they are still working on it.

4. Not sure about this one. I'd assume not but again, you never know for sure.
