Voting concernes of BODHi If Mr Renaud Hinse ends up with 19.3 % and Mr Mestrallet 18.3% AND A FEW % for Normand Hinse = 40% who owns the rest.
I probably own 7-8 % and a few contacts own +- 5% .
The results is a few of us owns 54-55% of Abcourt.
Who on the board represents us.
Mr Hinse,son Normand and Mr Mestrallet.= 3 of 8 members of the BOD .
The other 5 members have no money invested in Abcourt.
Can we ever trust any of the board members to represent us .
I Think a few of us representing 8-15 % should be represented on the board and could make the difference when an hostile takeover is presented.
Let's all of us search for a representive that could represent us all and voted in in december AGM.
