The Revenue-Virginius mine is located in southwestern Colorado about 5.5 miles southwest of the town of Ouray. Access to the mine site is via County Road 361. The Shafter Silver Project, which is 375 miles southeast of El Paso, in Presidio County, southwest Texas, within a historic mining district.

I think the extension to June 3rd is a positive development. Why would anyone agree to a "3 day" extension if there was not something close to being settled. 

Again, walking away makes no sense to either Aurcana or Mercuria.  Time to pull up the sleeves and get to work mining that silver. 

Ken being sick probably did not help matters
