RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Update hey now,   lets not squabble over spelling and grammer..  im sure we can all agree this investment has not gone as we'd hoped.      But I will say,   as the months (and years) go by,  and no news of the CTO being lifted,  I just dont see what possible explanation could justify all this delay.    they gave us the root cause of the issue being a cash transaction in California,  but that was 3 years ago.  we've been on CTO for well over a year and now.  they've had 2 accounting firms working on it for last 6 months or so.   it really does boggle the mind wtf they are doing.   but it cant be good.  

personally I've written this investment off down to zero.  interestingly enough,  my online brokerage acconut has done the same.    seems unlikely,  but if one day they do trade again,  I'll take what I can get for my shares.
