Its properties include 10 - 14 REID DRIVE, 100 MAIN STREET, 1015 ORCHARD, 1170 FENNELL AVENUE, 1276 DORCHESTER AVENUE, and 15 DON STREET. It also owns a 605-suite apartment community at 2 & 4 Hanover Road in Brampton, Ontario.

These remarks need to be taken with a large grain of salt. He hasn't been on BNN for over a year and at that time, he was primarily a REIT specialist. But he has now gone off most REITs as he thinks we're already in a recession. As an example, one of his top picks was ARX and he never looked at energy in the past. His comments were essentially similar for all the ocmpanies he used to recommend including CAR.UN, HOM.UN, DIR.UN, AP.UN and TCN. GLTA
