Montalva

MontalvaUnbelievable how long this is taking. Puerto Rico needs all the renewable energy they can produce, and now that funding is made available to update infrastructure and such, there is really no reason why construction should not start asap, except for the bureaucracy and red tape.

Construction needs to start before the end of next year. Otherwise, financing will become an issue as the tax credit is decreasing to 10% after 2023 (regime has been extended before, but sure it will be extended again).

Some new documents have been posted in the meantime on the settlement procedure, but they do not really give more insights in the process (but do not inspire much confidence)
