Not exactly correct new release...
Not exactly correct new release..."...The Company advises that aside from the British Columbia Securities Commission granting the MCTO: (i) there have been no material changes to the information contained in the Company's April 14, 2022 news release; (ii) it intends to continue to comply with the alternative information guidelines of NP 12-203; and (iii) except as previously disclosed, there are no subsequent specified defaults (actual or anticipated) within the meaning of NP 12-203."
B.S. !!!
One big material change that they wont tell you or the MCTO...
"Naturally Splendid maintains a "relationship", Plasm Pharmaceutical, a company that has been approved for conducting a phase 2 clinical trial approved by Health Canada for the treatment of COVID-19"
That partnership is dead in the water with the only exception of NSP selling the Biologic Pro Curc 30 product if they still can afford to. Plasm Pharma site has been gone for months now.
The payment schedule to Biologic were never made based on the agreement with NSP and Biologic for plasm Pharma joint venture.
NSP took the Private Placement money allocated from their September 2021 private placement and spent it on their own Consultant fees (Salaries) for themselves.
Biologics has since partnered with other seasoned investors to move Cavaltinib along under a new venture. NSP is no longer involved with this venture as they needed to provide scheduled payment ans up to $1.4 million dollars to run the phase II trials, but NSP chose to re-allocate it on themselves and Denny's Chick-un nuggets. Wow big sale their.
I wont tell you the new company name. you can research that yourselves.
But for them to say no material change is in order is a complete fabrication. I would guess that Craig did not even provide his timely SEDI reports for 2020 and 2021. Brian did some but not one from Craig in al that time.
Class Action here we come...(now can someone on the CEO site just see a lawyer and set one up...)
