Perhaps someone can gift him a book on effective corporate leadership of a Public Company...?
Instead he hides under his desk, and hopes all his problems go away. He may think that he's running (ruining) a Private company..?
Good sound corporate leadership always starts with building confidence with all stakeholders, updating shareholders, and reassuring them that he possesses the ability to effectively solve major issues and problems as a leader. Once again, his silence and indecisiveness only builds a severe lack of trust, and shows gross incompetence in the eyes of ALL stakeholders.
