RE:RE:Voting concernes of BOD

RE:RE:Voting concernes of BODHi Jameske  I do not want a board representive .
Mr Hamelin mentionned before the PP closing that 75% of the PP was taken by boardmembers.
I was too fast in judging that finally other board members except Renaud Hinse,Normand Hinse and Mr Mestrallet had participated.
I was very disappointed to read that only Mr Renaud Hinse and Mr Francois Mestrallet had partipated for 70% of PP.
That means that all others board members didn't  have enough faith in their own judgement and in Abcourt to participate in the PP . The PP closed 2 months after Mr Hamelin as president was announced.
Yes Mr Hamelin will need time to prove himself and that is OK .

As to your comments that share owners have a saying to what will happen to Abcourt ,were you
consulted as to election of Mr Hamelin as president or to the closure of Elder. .

That means that there are many decisions that will be taken without share holders approval.
I know that Elder closure was probably the right thing to do but the timing was not perfect due to the
PP not completed but the PP participants chk were already deposited and changed a month before
the closure.for a lost of 35% even before the closure date of 31 may 2022 .
