Stocks go up and stocks go down... AGG has traded at a market cap low of 8mil - and peak of 42mil for roughly 3 years... Which is fair to say an average market value set around 25mil. 8mil being oversold and 42mil being over bought. !7mil support has held all three times with the exception of the COVID liquidity run in Mar/April of 2020.
We are currently at a MK of 19.5 and I I agree with ABDPhil I think the down side risk is limited at this MK.
With that said, the 8mil MK low there was 42,000,000 shares out, the high of 42mil had 150,000,000 shares out and now at 19.5 MC we have 216,000,000 and 60,000,000 warrants. At least half of those expire in a few months.
The SP doesn't catch a bid because as we all know and have said many time this company is just getting diluted by everyone involved. (majority of the gorging at the trough was from F&M). If they can slow down the cheap.
As of Mar 31 looks as though they have 3mil in the bank and overhead is roughly 600,000 per quarter and declining. That means they have enough cash for a full year and then some of operating.
I understand they have to keep the lights on and show they are moving forward with exploration but I HONESTLY believe if they can show shareholders a responsible diliution going forward and make progress on securing financing or a sale. The SP will begin to find it's footings again.
It's been railroaded into the ground due to dilution and capital for drilling and re-test works. The DFS is solid, legacy debt cleared, legacy warrants almost cleared and we might be looking at a PP come fall for the next years opperating. I think (IMO) that is swallowable.
I believe it's better to sell if you think it's oversold, buy when you think it's undervalused and hold when it's fair value. ZZstocks70 just sell if you had the company, we can get this capitulation over and move upwards.
