What I gleaned from the call was that revenues suck in part because of timing on contracts, but that Passwallet and Qples closed last year. What that tells me is that 350k WAS the revenues from Passwallet and Qples. YIKES. So you gave away 90m passes? Oh, and the AR? It's almost 50% GST rebates.

Perhaps they are trying to build the userbase and techstack/ecosystem, and sell that in a takeout down the road. How do I reconcile that with the call that we will be cash flow positive by EOY? .. or Rob going on in interviews saying the freebies are over and our business model is $1/pass minimum?

What am I missing here? Timelines? Guess we see ultimately see next quarter but starting to look like a pump n dump.

Oh and the bit about Rob not being able to control SP? Post some revenues and watch it respond.

Im in the same boat, I sold some alittle back but still holing on for the lawsuits that will be, this is 100% a pump and dump. LEts start a lawsuit we must.
