RE:RE:Today

RE:RE:Today

The trading in OBE was interesting and different today

I wasn't watching all day, but the period I did watch was interesting

The bid and ask volumes were changing continuallly between transactions on the TSX.     Meaning other markets were affecting the TSX on a second by second basis or even split second basis

It wasn't just little trades either

At one point there were about 50,000 shares offered at 13.50.

The ask was jumping around from 13.45 - 13.50.     Then the 13.50s got bought all at once and the bid/ask moved higher

I can't remember a time I've seen the bid ask lots jump around so frequently

Other comparables were not behaving that way

Seemed like too many chefs in the kitchen all at once, bumping into each other

Something different for sure.    Will be interesting to see what happens next

Todays activity was company specific

Company specific activity is independent of market and commodity prices
