Kirk you are likely right about the pickerel and PGM. As I said a few days back a roll back just provides more room for the price to move down. Myself I do not want a roll back if it requires PGM to spend a single dollar....I guess I can't use penny any more. Every dollar raised must be spent on improving the operation. There is no vaild reason to do one now. If they do, it just displays a continuation of the program of incompetence. But I think you will be proven correct....in another month or so we will see it happen.
