RE:RE:Aurora Cannabis Inc. Closes Previously Announced Bought DealSucks for anyone that owned acb before the deal, and sucks for anyone that bought the deal. Here we are on the other side of the bridge. Anyone that sold shares at $2.45 USD last week made a good trade. Even if they included a WAY out of the money warrant. So the foul water has passed under the bridge and buying it now at $2 CDN looks clean to me.

Great thinking... if we sell 51 million units today we won't have to sell any shares at higher prices tomorrow.

The stock was trading at about $2.75 at the time and ACB had the right to sell shares as needed at market price. They could have taken a little time to secure any immediate funds required by selling batches of shares at a time without giving away 51,000.000 warrants.

Hard to believe the SP would go lower than it is today.
