RE:They issue millions of shares @$4.00Man, this is trading a multiple of 1.3 and we're at a 52 week high.  I think we're on the verge of breaking $12.00.  There are only 14% more shares on the market than there were the last time the stock trade at $20 (Sept 2016).   The upside potential is huge.  Just enjoy making some money, if you're still in.  

Buyback is a meaningful way to reward shareholders.
