no it is not the company owns 100 percent of all that was agreed to with Daymak NOT sure what you don't understand about that. We will get compensated one way or the other I already said how that will likely happen. Daymak at least Julian said with confidence that the Evs will happen if not this year the indication actually was most likely at some point this one then more than likely the coming one with a high probability BUT so we are clear not 100 percent. If have to guess 90 to 95 percent so I really still don't know what you are going on about. When I called Julian mentioned they are working on the charging walls so I suspect we should be hearing about those too...again either later in this year and if not same percentage coming year so it sounds very strong actually. Julian has worked with Daymak for 17 years and knows how Aldo talks very well. I will reiterate he said Aldo tends to be very conservative and does not make bold estimates unless he is more than likely to fulfill them. In any case that is what I was told and I have no reason at this point to see this as being untrue. I guess we will wait to find out. As far as the so far 100 percent ownership of the clean crypto mining and project Bryson said that the company will start to be cash positive by mud of the year we will most likely know when this quarters financials meaning 2nd quarter if it matches the calendar year comes out. That is the minimum required but maybe Blox issues emerging results prior to that filed on Sedi I can't speak to this time will tell. Regardless I repeat unless the revenue is so strong to offset the number of outstanding shares there will most likely be nothing less than a 5 to 1 consolidation or a 10 to 1 by which point I expect Ionix will be independently listed and we will be compensated in proportionate shares which should be 25 percents worth last time I will say all this. If you fail to make the connection after all I have said oh well I am moving on from this. In any case their is more likelihood for an increase in share price not otherwise. It is up to people to manage effectively their assets.
