Good catch geodcan. Short sales also hit an all time daily volume since Richard Gillis lent the $600K. His buddies pushing down the stock to negotiate the "OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREED TO BY MR. GILLIS AND THE COMPANY" mentioned wihout any detail in the MD&A. With a lower share price these "other terms" can now be a lower conversion price. Complete fiasco that the 3 CEO's office is agreeing to it.
