RE:RE:RE:Hopefully on Monday, Dr Witkowski can update his AbstractI agree. I guess this is the problem when you are compensated handsomely upfront without having any targets. Pockets are full so why bother working hard.
Also, just because they said they have been "talking" to institutions doesn't mean they have committed to anything. This is the thing people who tow the company rope don't understand. Management constantly make statements like "we're talking to", "we are working on" which doesn't mean anything but people walk away expecting big things.
Best thing for an institution to do to build a position would be to short the snot out of the stock and freak out the retailers and take their shares. In my opinion, no institutions are going to just buy stock at market and drive the price up unless they get a finanacing at a certain $ amount. Since we are cashed up and supposedly Spill doesn't want to dilute (but we've heard that before), my guess is they will not bother with this or maybe take very small positions as any big drives the share price up significantly. The mexican standoff continues for now.
