RE:June Dividend

RE:June DividendIMO, we will get a dividend increase at some point this year, not a cut. If I was to guess, the increase will come in August along with Q2 earnings release. If you read the last earning release, all indications are that all of the companies have been recovering very well in the post Covid shutdown era and I see no reason why this wouldn't continue(even if we get into recession). Oxford(had one of their best months ever last quarter, people want to give their kids a leg up and get them caught up post Covid). Mr. Lube( continues to be a cash cow), Sutton (Real Estate not going away), Nurse Next Door(continues to expand, Mr.Mikes( all restaurants open for Dine in and take out), Air Miles (huge pent up travel demand should get people using their Airmiles and higher prices for groceries etcetera will have people collecting every mile they can. I have no concerns here.
