If only it was that simple to "drawdown" as soon as it was approved.
The very minute the drawdown starts is when the clock starts ticking for repayments.
I thought all that was very clear in the begining.

Inflation, supply chain probs. cost of material/equipment, Ruskies screwing the price of everything dont help and adjustments must be made with the likes of the EPC mob (forgot their name) which have to alter their costs on the project due to the World situations. Understood.

Once this is sorted out and there is a clear non-stop uninterupted indication of a flawless construction flow program, then the drawdown will be made.

.This might have already started, but Almonty is not dedicated to do the bidding of a few disgruntled people that are not part of the plan.

It is a classic view of an old fart guy screeming at his TV watching his football team loose and criticising their preformance, while not having the skills to do same or better.
That sucks big time.

 Thank GOD the three stooges are not on the board of directors.
