RE:RE:SUSGLOBAL(R) 52,000 Square Foot Second Facility with 65,000 A lot of construction is now taking place after a 22 year dormancy at 520 Nash st north.
Prior to this activity, for 22 yrs, someone paid taxes and other costs = 150 grand per year, which in aggregate easily exceed the current land value of the property. Withou an iota of commercial activity of any kind. NOT a penny's worth.
SNRG is a joke with massive operating losses, misniscule gross revenues and a mountain of debts supposedly due this Sept.
There are so many red flags in the monumental filings with US Secutities Commisiion, including proposed multiple bottomless debentures, one wonders why anyone would buy these shares.
But there is now serious construction money being spet. Whatever is coming at 150 Nash st, will NOT be a composting facility because the margins are too small..
Anyone care to guess which technology is coming?
