There are lots of other factors to consider. Environmental impacts studies and permits to get.
you can't just include the positives.
and buyouts aren't always a good thing. From my experience they are worse then they are good.
once your stock turns from a $2 stock to a $50 stock with no increase to your investment and then the $50 stock starts dropping, you are out money. It's better to see the company not sell and raise to $12 as you say.
If all card do line up like a beautiful magic trick in Christmas candy land I have no doubts this stock could jump in value drastically and rapidly, but realistically I don't see that happening. But who knows maybe it will be a NFG and not a MOZ
