The reason for the R/S share consolidation. I know many are concerned about the R/S, but here is why it is occurring: Focus Graphite will be merging with Stria Lithium. These two companies share much of the same leadership including the CFO and board of directors. Stria just completed their 10:1 R/S a couple weeks ago. Once it's done for Focus, the two companies will merge. Once merged, the new company will be the only company in the world outside of China to have complete battery production capability - from the sourcing of raw materials, mining of lithium and graphite, to refining, to battery production and distribution. They will possess very high quality graphite and lithium deposits, much more easily extractable & refinable than most other deposits, conveniently located in North America. The new company will be highly valuable and a prime target for another merger or very high buyout. I wouldn't be surprised to see them merge with Braille Battery as well. The CEO of Braille is on the BOD of Focus. All three companies trade on the same exchange and have similar share structures.
Focus and Stria's current market caps are tremendously undervalued. Their real estate and intellectual property assets alone are worth many times more than their market caps. Once the merger is complete, the new stock value will be higher and enable institutional investing. It's been a long ride here but there are some big things that are going to be happening in the next 12-18 mos.
