RE:RE:TOC price pushing up near $1 again.Drool, here are my thoughts... I don't think selling is going to happen now, I think his reference to "other" players/producers in the area is more of a strategic alliances whereby they provide resources to drill, i.e. drill rigs, manpower, etc., and in return options. Perhaps some of these people who are getting closer and closer to a deal are buying in the market, such as through RBC.
I believe Colibri is long, long gone from this play, they have sold stock and my guess is when we see Colibri's next financial statement that they have sold everything if not a significant portion. Colibri has been halted now for almost a month and their stock price has collapsed. If TOC can raise capital to buy Colibri out, that would be great but for now, I think TOC should stay with their current position and continue to upgrade Pilar with a 43-101, then perhaps attract a buyer, I doubt Colobri is going to be around for long. This might be a good time for TOC to renegotiate with Colobri now that they are on their knees, TOC could get a great deal I suspect.
BUT, and there is always a BIG BUT, I think Picacho is the jewel that is going to make TOC a major winner, they got a deal that others in the area are watching, they need to raise some capitl and start drilling Picacho, which at these prices, they can do it without too much dilution. I believe we are in a win-win position, just need more time.
