Flowr Corp FLWPF

The Flowr Corp is a Toronto-headquartered cannabis company with operations in Canada and Europe. Its Canadian operating campus, located in Kelowna, BC, includes a purpose-built, GMP-designed indoor cultivation facility; an outdoor and greenhouse cultivation site; and a R&D facility that is awaiting licensing from Health Canada. From this campus, Flowr produces recreational and medicinal products. Internationally, it intends to service the global medical cannabis market through its subsidiary Holigen, which has a license for cannabis cultivation in Portugal and operates GMP licensed facilities in Portugal.

RE:The big question to be answered is what is management the only logical answer is what i posted several months ago when I saw directors dumping these shares....this will get taken private....and /but all senior management will be blown out....unless they are part of funding the buy out. There is not enough demand for their product to cover their debt and be attracitve to new investors. But you are essentially right that a 10-1 roll up could also work.

feel for alot of posters on this board over the years as it was obvious they did not understand the economics And management did not get out in front of this.
