The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Delta 9 Bio-Tech Inc., is a licensed producer of medical and recreational cannabis products and operates a 95,000-square-foot Health Canada licensed production facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. It also owns and operates a chain of retail stores under the Delta 9 Cannabis Store brand. It is focused on producing and selling cannabis oils, extracts, and derivative products.

Sometimes it's not all bad news companies do this to stop the shorting . 2 million is the question to ask is it to close a deal or why not ask for 50 million. I'm hoping this is for further expansion into the east or south . Waiting for the financials for this quarter. I'm hoping with the oil boom in Alberta and playoff run the sales are strong . IMO GLTA very interesting times
