This is the junior space never say never!  I have seen it happen.  Just because a stock is trading at .055 does not mean much when their is no volume.  If I went into the market tomorrow trying to purchase 10 million shares the price would move up past .10.  

Also as I mentioned before do not rule out a financing at .05.   Financings are offering not an acceptance so price etc can be negotiable.

It is not looking good but as I said never say never!
