RE:RE:Freddie, DCF model and historical analysis etcGreat to hear these success stories.
I recall a poster to be unnamed say sell in May and walk away...imagine missing the May/June run two years in a row.
Looking forward to Q2 results...and the Q3 WTI contracts are starting higher than the Q2 average...interesting times ahead.

I'm currently sitting on a 8.8x gain and can see Nuttals $14 is quite achievable ... making for just shy of 16x if I get it and for me ... regardless of any dividend distributions at that time ... I will take the money and use it to provide myself a steady income in low risk vehicles from that point on for an early retirement.
I can't believe I actually made the call to take a large position in BTE thinking back to how close to the brink they came and I can't believe how steadfast I have remained in holding ... but as new information came along it made all the sense to keep holding. Sure ... I've sold a few shares at lower levels for a new roof on the house and things of that sort but that was in order to have all the big ticket expenditure items knocked off before my early retirement.
Having those items dealt with ... I now know what I need from here to get me across the line and we aren't too far from getting there.
Only one thing makes me change my mind on $14 ... that's a takeout offer of $18 ... lol
Cheers
