What might happen if Chalice can't pay the debenture in Nov?

Worth asking this question: What might happen if Chalice can't pay the debenture in November 2022? In lieu of the accumulating debts, unpaid interest and the disaster downward trend of the stock not only in the past 8 years where it lost over 99% of its value but the numerous cosmetic attempts to gain some traction failed miserably like name changes and management changes and the sham reverse split last year (Dropped since by 84%) ; many investors in CHALF or the old GLDF are asking themselves “what will happen if this company collapses or simply fails and the debt holders take over and possibly go private?” The academic answer is:  Generally, investors will lose all of their money, unless a small portion of their investment is redeemed through the sale of any company assets. In that instance, whatever cash is in the business following the sale of assets and the payment of any liabilities the business may have, proceeds will be divided amongst the shareholders on a pro-rata basis. In most instances when a business fails, investors lose all of their money
