As stated in the Financials note 2c and in M/D. Fobi is actively trying to raise new equity ie more dilution for present shareholders and failing so cannot guarantee Fobi as a going concern. With a present mkt cap of 60m and only 301K in revs last quarter. Overvalued!!! Peace
