Takacsy says it will happen inthe next couple of months.  Let's hold him to it. LOL.  Actually, from my perspective a deal by the end of Q3 sounds about right in terms of time to complete.

In addition, if we take his "you are getting the ITS business for free" comment as gospel, that places the value of a Wilan sale between $100M and $150M CAD.
