Effectively Roorda bought 520k at 0.76$ (exerce of rights) additing 17% position likewise after adding in February 750k at 0.40$ on a propectus exemption.

Roorda Curriculum is impressive and he is acting in Petroshale as independant director since 2012.

He also detained as insiders shares in Epsilon energy.
