RE:RE:Biogen/Alectos announce license and Collaboration agreement Yes, Management team 4, Scientific Advisory board 4, and 4 different products in IND enabliing with deals ?

Wow how come so different than Promis? I'm sure this small company is not spending millions and millions to do IND enabliing.
