Only about 27% of the outstanding shares were voted. Over 91% either voted for Gagnon or have bought shares under his leadership, held the shares under his leadership, or not voted to 'withold'.

Given the catalysts for the pipeline ahead by the time of the next AGM there should be a significant new shareholder base further marginalizing the noisy minority. More will likely vote as CZO climbs in market cap.
