Dogs, either you're short and a bit worried so you try to keep the stock down or you didn't do your research properly ...or both.

Opsens reorganised in 2015 to seperate physically and legally it's medical operations from Opsens Solutions. So if one wants to take over solely the medical side of the company, that would be quite simple. And even if it would be complicated, not a big deal if you pay a few hundred millions for a multi billion opportunity. Your point is rather weak.

Technically speaking, I would like to point out the beautiful hammer that formed yesterday right on a small resistance at around $2.30. Past $2.30 the stock could go back quickly to $2.50 and $3.00. The graph is superbly bullish, I would not like to be short.
